Anti-slip replaceable tips?
Top of the range trekking/hiking poles usually have a tough metal tip that can be used to dig into certain surfaces. Some even have replaceable tips. How do Trekpod products rate in this regard?

Inappropriate? All TrekPod models have indoor/outdoor replaceable tips made out of hard rubber.
Of course it depends what type of hiking you are doing. For instance, if you know you will be trekking in an area where you going to have to dig in, then you may want to use a specialty trekking pole with the metal tips.
A nice feature of our TrekPods is that you can use it for something as simple as shooting a video of your kids playing volleyball in a gym and as exotic as trekking up to Machu Picchu (our tips are allowed and metal tips are not.)

Inappropriate? It looks like the TrekPod Go rubber tips could easily be replaced with Carbide Tips as needed. Make the Carbide Tips as an optional accessory with rubber caps. This would make the TrekPod into a real versatile and performing hiking pole!
