add a server to existing
I am going on site today to install and configure a Tightrope Carousel Server to work in conjunction with an existing Solo. I need to be sure to configure the older Solo with the new Server so that they work together and the content from the Solo is still available.

Inappropriate?First you will need to check the versions of the player and solo, they will need to be the same. If you need a software update let tech support know support@trms.com. Next you will need to point the solo at the server. Do this by launching the display engine and click on configure before the countdown expires. In the server field, enter the IP address of the server you will be using. Tech support will also have to migrate your content for you.

Inappropriate?Thanks, I am emailing them now with the version since they do differ. Also, I was told by a Tech Support person at TRMS as well that a document exists that will aid ME in doing the migration. I will hopefully get that today if possible.
