Carousel 210 Player not updating content; errors in event log.
Hello,
Content is not updating on one of our 210 Players. We are receiving the following errors in the event viewer:
Error updating media list from remote service: Return argument has an invalid type.
---
Exception when checking license: 3 arguments were passed to 'Carousel.Classes.DisplayInterfaces.IDisplayData::IsLicensed'. 4 arguments were expected by this method.
---
Error when waiting for PAGE sync: Zone with id 10 was not found
---
Thank you for your help.

Inappropriate?Hi Martin,
It sounds to me like the DisplayEngine software on the player is on a different version than the Carousel server software.
Could you double check that both pieces of software are on the same version?

Inappropriate?John,
They are not. I am on the line with Austin the moment troubleshooting, and I will report back.
Thanks,

Inappropriate?John,
We also have a problem with the auto-login. We changed the system's Administrator password; now we are getting incorrect password when we boot up.

Martin -
Inappropriate? To turn "auto login" back on, go to the start menu, select "Run" and enter "control userpasswords2"

The User Accounts control panel will appear. Make sure the "Users must enter a username and password to use this computer" checkbox is unchecked.

When you hit "Ok", you'll be asked to confirm which account will be automatically logged in. Enter your new administrator username/password and hit OK.

That should do it. :-)
