Inappropriate?This is done by editing the 'TRMS.Services.Carousel.exe' config file on your Carousel server. The default of '15' refers to every 15 min. Keep in mind this is a global setting and will effect the update intervals of all your dynamic pages (RSS, Weather, EDS, ect ect).

Inappropriate?It technically can't be set too low, however the lower you set it the more network traffic you will create. Depending on the application (and those in charge of your network!) this may or may not be an issue.

Inappropriate?This was overlooked in my previous post but you will need to restart the Carousel service on your Carousel server (or reboot the server) for this setting to take.
