incorrect run time
How do I determine the actual length(time) of a broadcast that was recorded on the SX server? We set a program to record for 4 hours, but I am fairly certain that the actual length of the show was just over 2 hours. How do we modify the show length when setting the show up in the scheduler?

Hi Lance, that difference is from the Interstitial Length, a predetermined "padding" that is added to the show length so you can have a buffer between shows where your CG/Bulletinboard can run. If you mouse over the length in the schedule, it should say something like "1:14:59 + 45s interstitial". You can find more in chapter 16.6 of the Cablecast 4.8.3 manual. --John
