VOD Playback machine down, gov channel machine down intermittently. Please Help
This is Mike from Alexander County a new customer. We called last night and left a message for support. Called today and where on hold for 12 minutes only to be told we need to leave another message or come here and post a request.
Our VOD server is down. We are unable to "send auto pilot" when sending we get
"An error occurred sending to 'VOD Playback' Check the configuration or physical connections"
We called Grayson about this the other day, the server at that time had locked up or was down so we restarted it and it worked just fine.
As of yesterday however the server seems to have a corrupt file on boot. We get a typical Kernel 32 windows error. On a normal system we would just do a non destructive repair on the OS. We are hoping there is a better alternative to this however.
If you could please call us @ 828.632.1380 this is partially delaying our go-live date as we can now longer send schedules to autopilot.
Need help asap.
Also one of our machines the "Gov Channel One" seems to be dropping out intermittently. At first we thought it was a sleep setting, but checked all power and screen options and things are correct.
Please call ASAP 828.632.1380
Thanks
