Why does the weather bulletin not update?
The weather bulletins have stopped updating in Carousel. I deleted the bulletin and added it again, and now the information is blank.
I have been able to access to the National Weather Service FTP site from that machine without a problem, but the information is not making its way to my weather bulletin. I have also restarted Carousel and Cablecast.
Any other ideas to try?

Hello Mesquite ISD,
We released Carousel 5.2.6 today (6/30/09) which includes a re-write of the weather data source. Weather bulletins and crawls now retrieve content from WeatherBug rather than the National Weather Service FTP site.
To request this update, please email our support team at support@trms.com. In your email, please include the following items:
-Your name and organization
-Your current version of Carousel
If you haven't yet filled out a customer registration form, please head over to http:// www.trms.com/registration and fill one out.

Inappropriate?I tried to use the weather feed from several surrounding cities and states with no luck. I can access the National Weather Service FTP site through Internet Explorer with no problems, so I know that port 21 is open.
Any other ideas? -
