Need a developer for a healthcare application
Hi everyone,
Hope this request is okay to post here. We're interested in using Twilio for a healthcare IT application. Our approach involves having an outbound IVR call issued to patients on a weekly basis. The IVR call asks a series of 3 short questions that will vary by patient (out of a library of 20 questions). Patient responses to these questions are stored in the system and displayed graphically to nurses. The nurses then will make telephone calls to patients based on patient's responses. Patients will receive these outbound IVR calls once per week for up to 18 months.
Specifically, the system will:
-- use survey data to select 3 questions for delivery on an outbound IVR call (from a library of 20 potential questions). We will provide logic to drive the selection of questions.
-- have an administrative interface allowing a nurse to manually override the questions if necessary.
-- serve the outbound IVR call. Each call will be comprised of a welcome, the questions, and feedback. Logic will be provided to drive each piece of the IVR calls. We will provide audio files pertaining to each part of the IVR call.
-- administrative interface to graphically display all patient responses
We also will need the administrative interface to do a few other things, including maintaining patient demographic information and record details about nurses calls .
We're really excited about using Twilio for this application. Send me a note if you're interested.

Hello to everyone on this thread - and thank you for reaching out to help another member of the community. I am compiling a list of people who are familiar with Twilio and available for consulting work, so I'll be grabbing your email addresses out of here and adding them to that list for future referrals.
I'm very interesting in helping freelance and contract developers who are building multiple Twilio applications with productivity tools, whether they are for coding or for finding the next project. If anyone here is interested in chatting over the phone or grabbing a coffee to share your thoughts on what would make your Twilio experience even better, please drop me a line at help@twilio.com
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?I'm a medical student and, while I might kick myself for saying this, I'm very interested. I've developed a couple of small Twilio applications in the past and am very confident that I could do this using PHP. I'm ryan at ryanstewart.com and I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Hi there,
I would love to help you build this application. I just finished building http://tweettocall.com/ on top of Twilio. I've also built a questionnaire and advice application that does asset allocation modeling for a financial consulting firm You can learn more about my practice at http://socialkind.com/
I have a long background building web applications and now how to make sure you end up with something that is high quality and also secure. I am sure you want to make sure information is held in confidence.
