Cannot sign in or sign up. The Robo-response is useless.

When I try to log in, it won't accept my password/user ID/e-mail address. When I try to get the password reset, it says the e-mail address isn't on record. When I try to sign up (again) it says the e-mail address is already in use.

I received a robo-response that essentially says to Sign in to get help. But the problem as stated in the the original message is that I cannot Sign in or sign up.

Now my boss wants me to sign up the company. Given this hash-up, I don't think that's a very good idea.

FOLLOW-UP 1 JUL 09. Four months and no response. Really crappy customer service, Twits. I've officially recommended against our firm using Twitter in any form.
 
sad I’m frustrated, tired, really hating Twitter now.
