Can't install Twitter app on Facebook business page
I'm having pretty significant problems adding the Twitter app to my Facebook company page(s). I have "added" the app, but the box doesn't show up on the page. So I tried to remove the app, and that didn't work either, because now I can't go back in and try to add it again (to see if I can get it installed by doing something different).

Inappropriate?Hi Greg. When you say "the box doesn't show up on the page" did you mean that the Twitter app doesn't appear on your Facebook profile page?
If yes, I've noticed the same behavior. It seems that by default, Facebook won't add the Twitter app to our Facebook profile.
However, we can edit our application preferences for Twitter after we've added the application so that:
a. Twitter gets added to our profile's Boxes tab
b. The Twitter "t" icon gets added to our Home page's applications bookmarks.
--------------------------------------
Here are the steps:
1. Login to Facebook and go to your home page.
2. If you've already added the Twitter app to your profile, click the Edit link in your Home page's upper right corner. This takes you to the Applications page for your account.
3. Click the "Edit" link for the Twitter app.
4. a. In the pop-up that appears, click the "Profile" tab and "Add" the Box.
b. If you want the little "t" icon to appear amongst your application bookmarks on your Home page, go to the "Bookmark" tab and enable the bookmark.
5. Save your changes.
6. When you return to your profile page, you'll see the Twitter app under the "Boxes" tab.
7. On your home page, you can click "more..." in the upper right Applications menu and move the Twitter "t" icon so that it's visible. By default, it's hidden
If you want to see your Twitter timeline from within Facebook, you'll need to visit the app page itself at http://apps.facebook.com/twitter (or by clicking the little "t" icon if you've added the bookmark) -
Inappropriate? It adds to my PROFILE just fine, but I'd like to the box to appear on my music PAGE at http://www.new.facebook.com/pages/She.... In the "news feed" at the bottom of the page, it shows that I added the application, but no "box" appears on the page so that my fans can follow my entries. It would be nice if you could change this feature to allow the cute little box to appear on PAGES and not just PROFILES. Thanks!

Inappropriate? No mdy, I'm having the exact same problem that @scm is reporting right here. I can add it to my personal profile page with no problem (which I don't care to do), but I can't add it to my business page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Musican..., even though it says that I added the app in the mini-feed on my business page. Please help.
I’m purplexed.

I don't know enough about Facebook to be helpful to you, unfortunately. 8-( -
Inappropriate?Does anyone have an update on this? Again, the issue is not having Twitter updates on a PROFILE's status updates -- it's having them show up on a PAGE's status updates. Now that Facebook has made Pages a lot more useful for businesses, organizations, etc., it would be great if tweets from my nonprofit's account could show up on my nonprofit's Page.

Inappropriate?I couldn't agree more! http://twitter.com/TheFreshBasil wants to communicate with The Fresh Basil's business page on Facebook. Since business networking has been a huge source of buzz for Twitter, you'd think this would be a no-brainer.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Same problem here -- can add it to my personal profile, and remove it, but can't get it functioning on my artist music page, nor can I remove it from there (it always returns when I remove and refresh the page).

Inappropriate?Nuts, me too. I can't get twitter to update my 3Dream.net business page.
