I can't upload a profile picture in either Safari or Firefox, any ideas?

Inappropriate?It's been very temperamental since at least Friday 13th. I couldn't get it to work in Firefox, Safari or even in desperation IE. Eventually it randomly suddenly worked. If you already have a picture, it seems more likely to replace it if you delete the existing one.
