Login issues unresolved!
I can't login, twitter will not recognise my password or username. When i try to change my password it doesn't seem to help. I know other people have had this problem. Can someone please help me out?

Apologies for the delay. We went through an upgrade that caused a bunch of mail inconsistencies, which should be ironed out this week. For good!
It looks like Mark replied to two of your requests, but the replies were not sent out due to some mail trouble we had-- no responses went out via email though it appeared that replies were sending normally.
I have resent the information to the email address you used to sign up and tested your log in, you are now able to log in successfully.
Our apologies for the trouble, and thanks to @mdy for jumping in and helping out!

Hi Jenn, I can look into it for you if I have the user name associated with the account. I tried looking for "jenn" but there are varied results, so I need more info. thanks! -
Inappropriate?Hello. If you haven't done so yet, please consider logging a support ticket at http://twitter.com/help so Twitter can respond to you directly.
You should get a confirmation email acknowledging that your support ticket has been received within minutes of logging it. From what I can tell, your ticket will be queued and one of the support guys will respond to you (usually in around 5 working days) -

Inappropriate?crystal, user name is jennscrzy. im thinking that since i had made one twitter account and it messed up, i then had to change the password, that everything went haywire.. basically im getting tweets from some peeps on twitter but not all my contacts, and yeah, they are all checked..
