Need help with finding a page to enter a help request to Twitter

Can someone point to? Is this it? It's getting maddening. First they oblige me to change my password ("for security reason)... or was it a phishing guy masquerading as Twitter? Now they lock me out, de facto, because they can't recognize neither my old nor my new password. Then I try to enter a help request, and on the Twitter website I can't find a place to do it. I am wasting lots of time with all these, meanwhile hundreds of my followers have no clue where i got lost. Would somebody tell them that an unfairly locked out guy is knocking on the door?
