Problem to activate SMS in Sweden
I can not send SMS to the Swedish SMS number for Twitter. This makes it impossible to verify my phonenumber.
When I send the SMS with the Auth code I can see in my report SMS Failed

Inappropriate?+46 is the country number for Sweden, you could try sending it "normally" by removing the country code and adding a zero:
