RE: Bogus Account

Hi All,

I've recently come over to Twitter to set up an account for my band Free Agent Crew, but someone else has set the account up using our name and photo of the band but isn't a member of the band or people around us.

The account seems to be idle and hasn't done anything since September 2008.
Is it possible to have the account deleted so we can use that username?

As you may understand it's good to have some consistency with our url's and if something could be arranged to have the account that would be great!
We have myspace/facebook/.com etc as free agent crew and would be great to have twitter to match!
