Shutting down a spammer
I've reported a spammer several times via @spam and on the user's site. Nothing has happened. Is this a volume thing? The more people that report the spammer the better the chances of shutting them down?

Inappropriate?I've had a lot of success simply BLOCKING the spammer from following. If enough people Block that user, Twitter usually will shut down their account. Once you've blocked them, you won't see their spam anymore in any case!
