Twitter Account suspended for no reason

They simply dont care Not of you not of me not of anybody else.
They just did what they got to do and now they piss everyone else.

I even read somewhere Twitter will suspend you even if you grow to fast HAHAHA.
Now that a big BS.

I agree, Twitter's cold indifference and lack of communication is deplorable. I have perused countless cases here of accounts being suspended for no apparent reason, and the one complaint that did receive a response was a trite suggestion to re-open a ticket. Some of these complaints have gone unanswered for weeks, at least one for 3 months. My account was suspended last night. I think it is unfair to suspend someone without first giving them fair warning. Some of us may have inadvertently violated their TOS (which I believe I may have done), but not all of us are out to do harm. Would it kill them to notify us of our trespasses and a reminder to review their TOS before they suspend us?

Guys. My suspended account is live again and i would like to thank twitter team for their help. account suspended issues is solved. The various stages that were involved are:

Stage 1

I went to submit a request page and submitted my issue. I explained them that i use twitter for business and its very critical for the cause of my business to get the account back and i also suggested that i am sure of not breaking any twitter rules as i read them all after it was suspended.

issues my business would face were:

lack of information to my prospects
lack of support to my clients
Hiring of prospective candidates
Network with key and important people will be affected
over all my creditability will take a beating.

Stage 2

Got an auto generated email from twitter asking me to check their online resources and possible reasons my account could have been suspended.

Stage 3

I wrote back to them via the support ticketing system that i checked all of them and couldn't see a possible reason why it was suspended

Stage 4

Twitter team assigned a person "Delbius - support team member" to my request. I wrote an email to Delbius explaining my frustration. She took couple of days to understand and research and identify the root cause of the problem and emailed me the reason why my account was suspended.

In my case my company website was attached my a malware and hence google and company labeled my site www.synergytechservices.com as a malware site and since it was there in my twitter bio and i was promoting it across my network twitter suspended my account.

Stage 5

After a week finally my issue was resolved and i got my account back.
I was relived and back in action. www.twitter.com/amitdesai

My account was suspended almost for a month and finally when the person was assigned it got sorted in a weeks time.

This problem is becoming is serious !!!!!!!!!!

I have a problem to, my twitter account has been suspended also.
I updated my status with my URL link of my blog every second times. and suddenly, when I tried to post again I can't. But I was still not aware that my account had ben suspended til 4 days ago. Then 4 days ago I tried to open my ticket to get my account back, but it failed. My open ticket doesn't appear til now and I my open ticket was disappered til now. And I cant move anymore without my twitter. Please Help me. no body from twitter mail me. I dont know where I should go!!

My account @kgsbikes was just suspended for no reason as well. I hope I don't lose it for a month or more. Thanks for sharing.

Not only has Twitter suspended my account for no reason but changed my user name from Suntouch to Notsuntouch. I had Suntouch as a username for over a year. This is an outrage. Has it happened to anyone else? Is it a method to steal desirable usernames?

@Suntouch i think u better get in touch with the twitter support team via the help and submit request regarding the same as that you can treat as official communication to the company and fight over it
