Twitter API

I just logged into Twitter for the first time in ages and when I tried to sign in, it let me, but then it started hitting me with this password manager asking for my username and password something about authorization and Twitter API. I put in my username and password, and it went away only to pop back up again and again and again. I finally hit cancel and it went away, but I stayed logged in.
