THERE IS ALLEGEDLY SOME SITE THAT YOU CAN GO TO, ENTER THE TWITTER URL, AND THEN FIND OUT IF THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN AUTHENTICATED.
I DON'T KNOW IT. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IT.
