Why doesn't a change of password stop the Spam Bot!
My twitter account was hacked. A spam bot has been using my acct to send DMs. I use TweetDeck and have contacted them already. Have taken a number of steps per Conrad(TD tech). Changed password 3 times in twitter and in TweetDeck. I can not see the spam DMs on my Twitter page. Only on TD. If I log out of TD the DMs start happening.

Inappropriate? Can you check your connections at http://twitter.com/account/connections and see if there's a third-party app that should not have access to your account? If yes, revoking their access may solve your problem.
Also, Twitter has a help page for people whose accounts have been compromised. See http://help.twitter.com/forums/10713/...
