allow longer prefix (and allow a suffix)
Would love to see a longer prefix (and a suffix option) when defining a feed.
I wanted to tag each entry with the same URL to point to an explaination of the feed when it appears in twitter (but it's not really relevant in the RSS feed as it would never really be view2ed directly)

Inappropriate?Just want to add my voice to this idea, especially the suffix which would be very handy for hashtags
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Well, you can add hashtags in prefix too (i already do). But indeed: longer prefix/suffix will be very helpful as for now it's almost unusable for those who use hashtags and it's really disappointing.
I’m disappointed

Inappropriate? It would be great for Facebook apps like Selective tweet, wherein you add the hashtag "#fb" to post your twitter update to facebook, so that not every tweet you tweet is added.
in this instance, having a suffix option would be great.
I’m happy this is being talked about.

Inappropriate?definitely on the list of things to consider, although I can't make any definite promises..

Inappropriate?Another Vote for Suffixes for Hashtags. I like them better at the end, more standard too. Thanks!

Inappropriate?I'd like to use a shortened URL for my prefix. So, 30 characters as opposed to the current 20 would be enough for me.
In order to maintain the current limits, perhaps the maximum number of characters for the prefix+suffix could be 40 characters, but no limit for them individually? -
Inappropriate? Now that we can post to FaceBook, which is GREAT, the prefix for FaceBook could be made larger: where in Twitter I concisely say
blog #xxx
in FaceBook I would like to say
Just published on my blog xxxxxx
I’m happy

Inappropriate? Thanks for these suggestions, we'll add them to the to-do list..
