Blog Updates Not Feeding Into Twitter
Twitterfeed is no longer feeding in my blog updates into twitter even though the feeds look like they are still there when I log in. They have been working for months, and now for the past few weeks, nothing.

Inappropriate?Sorry - should have put my reply here. I also am having the problem. My twitter account is twitter.com/rogerjhenry
I’m frustrated

I can see the most recent posts having posted, but let me know if you continue to have issues. -
Inappropriate?I'm having a similar problem. Some of my feeds are feeding, others aren't. The ones that aren't are associated with the BBPPV Twitter account, to which no updates have been posted for 10 hours. There should be an update about every 2-3 hours.

Seems some of the less frequent posting feeds still have some delays, we're looking into it - apologies for the issue. -
Thanks for your research, Mario. My posts occur semi-regularly at night, but things get really dicey during the day. My feeds are updated very reliably by a cron job, so I suspect the erratic Twitter posts have something to do with load. Hope that helps. -
Inappropriate?Just in the last few days I've noticed that it's reading my feed maybe once a day, so only 1 or 2 out of the 8-10 posts that happen daily get tweeted. I thought maybe it was struggling to reach my RSS feed, so I changed it to feedburner, but it hasn't made a difference. My RSS feed url is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/XboxGamin...

Is this still an issue? I do note your settings are set so it only posts 1 update, so if there ware more than 1 update within the same hour, your settings would mean that twitterfeed only posts the newest one. -
Inappropriate?I am having exactly the same problems as Dick Network for my "qualitytext" Twitter account. I just don't understand why some feeds work, others don't and some only sometimes.
I’m confused and frustrated
-
Could you let me know the feeds that you think aren't working, and we can try and take a closer look at those. -
After having checked all feeds I think the problem only exists for one feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/phrasen-c..., The others seem okay, just posting less frequently I thought they would. -
Inappropriate?Same problem, my twitterfeed stopped auto posting 4 days ago. Twitter name is Bargainmoose, can anyone help please?

Have you changed your password at identi.ca? We're getting "identi.ca responded: 401 Unauthorized" for your feed. -
Inappropriate?I didn't change anything Mario.... but I will double check the identi.ca account.

Inappropriate?I have this problem too. No items of an edited google reader share will be posted.

It looks like there's something about the hub info in that feed which is wrong - it contains the line
<link rel="hub" href="http://www.dddesign.ch/Js_approval/feed.php?tag=all"/>
This tells us that the feed supports pubsubhubbub notifications, so we stop polling it, and subscribe the feed at the above URL, which should then send us notifications of new items. However, that URL in your case is your feed URL, so that's definitely wrong. Not sure how it got in there, but for now I have reset the feed so we start polling it again.
Usually, the hub links go to href="http://pubsubhubbub.appspot.com", but could be another pubsubhubbub hub.
So ideally you'd remove that line, or if you are indeed pinging a pubsubhubbub hub, the it should contain the URL of the hub. -
thanks a lot for your advice!
do google shared items work again with a hub or do you pull them directly? -

Inappropriate?I think my problem is similar to jan.gloeckner's. I ran a feedvalidator.org/check on my original feed-- http://www.greensborodailyphoto.com/a...
The response was:
Congratulations!
This is a valid Atom 1.0 feed.
Recommendations
This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.
line 5, column 60: Unregistered link relationship: hub [help]
<link href="http://hubbub.api.typepad.com/" rel="hub" />
I also ran a check on my feedburner feed-- http://feeds.feedburner.com/Greensbor...
The response was:
Congratulations!
This is a valid Atom 1.0 feed.

Twitter account is GDPhoto. Should be one daily update. Sorry to be so long winded. I'm in over my head here.

I think your issue is slightly different - the hub URL looks ok, but for some reason it wasn't subscribed - I've manually subscribed it now, so hopefully we should start receiving notifications of new posts. If the problem persists please let me know. -
Thanks, Mario. It seems to be working this morning. We'll keep our fingers crossed. Thanks for the quick response and Happy Thanksgiving! -
Inappropriate?I have the same problem. Recently my RSS feed is updated in Twitter.
