Error calling feedburner awareness Api
On me dashbord i've the alert : "Error calling feedburner awareness Api ; click counts only avaible for bit.ly" whereas i've got an account on bit.ly and that i have entered my API Login name. Is it a problem with Feedburner or with bit.ly or both ?

Thanks guys. This fixed it for me. In feedburner go to:
- Optimize > Browser Friendly: Activate
- Optimize > SmartFeed: Activate
- Publicize > Awareness API : Activate
- Analyze > Configure Stats: check Item views and Item Link Clicks
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Ok i' ve activate "Awareness API" in Feedburner and now Twitterfeed says me : feedburner error : data restricted...
I’m amused

Inappropriate?Ok it's now working fine with bit.ly (i've read a tuto here), and now i've only this "feedburner error : data restricted" but i don't know if it's really a problem and what it would do if it was working ;)
I’m kidding

Thanks for the additional information, I'll take a closer look at why the feedburner stats don't work - I thought you just had to enable the awareness API in feedburner. -
Inappropriate?I have the same problem with the RSS feed to twitter.com/aidblogs (and also with another one).
I’m anxious

If you're links are shortened with bit.ly, then the dashboard should show bit.ly clicks automatically. Re. feedburner, if you have a feedburner feed, you need to enable the awareness API in your feedburner account, in order for twitterfeed to be able to display these numbers.
Hope this helps, let me know if you need further information. -
Ciao Mario... I think what confuses most (including me), is that it seems like messages about API awareness and 'not a Feedburner feed' and 'Feedburner - data restricted' look like error messages...
I thought the same... Thought my feeds had stopped....
I can now see (through your comments) that actually, it is just a notification but does not change anything on Twitterfeed processing your feed... -
Inappropriate? In FeedBurner goto Analyze -> Configure Stats and make sure Item views and Item link clicks checkboxes are checked.

Inappropriate?I had the same problem and fixed it by activating the FeedBurner Awareness API.
In FeedBurner, go to Publicize tab, select Awareness API, click Activate.
I’m happy
