Is there anyone that will sponsor or partner with my website to sell merchandise?

I am running a new website and im needing sponsors, i was also wondering if it is possible to sell merchandise on my page without actually having to come in contact with the product or maybe not have to pay for the product up front because i am trying to get it off the ground right now and don't have much money for merchandising.
