Block and Remove buttons next to each app on your personal Usage list!

Having little buttons next to each app on your Usage list would be much simpler than changing privacy settings by going to each app's individual page and click the block button; having to do that over, and over, and over...

How about a couple little buttons on the far right of each app on the usage list? Just like the little pink "X" that appears on any review you leave on an app's page, or any message left on your home page. Yet for this purpose, maybe being normally invisible, appearing on mouseover; or normally greyed out, becoming solid / vibrant on mouseover.

Specifically, how about a "Ø" button for public blocking (thus greying the app out on your private usage list and blocking it from showing it on your public page, but still showing it on your own private Usage page so you can see it), and an "X" button (to the right of the other button) to completely remove it from your usage list (and tracking, with confirmation) altogether, both public and private, possibly deleting it permanently from your usage history (with confirmation, of course).
