Blackberry Curve location updating problems
When I select "report my location" it takes me to "results > search" and returns what I presume to be the default set of results for a location in Cali.
(Also, does the J2ME version use GPS/triangulation to estimate my location? Or is that iPhone only?)

Inappropriate?Our current J2ME client does not use GPS for a location fix, however we are working with major carriers for future implementation of GPS technology. Our iPhone app does use GPS for G3 phones.
The 'report my location' link should take you to a results>search screen by design. Scrolling to the right (called a twist) will allow you to enter an address and search for your location. Once found, you can choose the "I'm here" link to share your location.
You can also enter your location using the 'move map' feature. Choose 'map' from the home screen and press the Blackberry menu key (to the left of the scroll). Enter your address and choose "I'm here" to share.
