Login functionality to track apps, and store personal data

Hi

I'm new to this site, and I was wondering if there's some way to track the job applications I make here. A 'login' feature that allows me to view a list of jobs I've already applied for, would be quite useful. I guess this will also allow me to avoid uploading my CV and doing 'word verification' each time. Please let me know what you think.
